How to read this

What is quoted, and what is worked out

Only the euro quotations and the two reference rates are entered. Every other figure on this page — the three-country average, the change against 22 Jul 2026, and the dollar, pound and dollar-per-pound equivalents — is calculated from them and checked against the published sheet before it goes live. A metric tonne is taken as 2,204.62 lb. Where a change reads 0.0% the quotation did not move, not that we lack the number.
