Analyst & butter broker
Wouter founded Get Fair Dairy and writes the weekly market report. He brokers the butter book and does the analysis behind every report — the production numbers, the GDT read, the macro that does and does not matter. Before dairy he advised HR departments on hiring strategy, which turns out to be the same job: read the market, tell people the truth, connect the right two parties.

Cheese broker
Joey runs the cheese book — Gouda, Edam, mozzarella and cheddar, spot and contract. Cheese is the market that rewards patience and punishes the last-minute buyer, and Joey's value is knowing which side of a wide spread is actually going to move.

Powder broker
Linda brokers the powder book: SMP, WMP, buttermilk and whey. Powder is the most credential-driven market we trade — brand, packaging, documentation and export suitability can be worth €300 a tonne — and Linda's job is matching the material that clears to the buyers who need exactly it.

Twan keeps the desk running and owns the Get Fair Dairy Marketplace. If you are getting onboarded onto the platform, working out how targeted pricing works, or wondering why your offer is not showing where you expect — Twan is the one who sorts it, usually before you have finished explaining.

Finance
Kim runs the financial side of Get Fair Dairy: contracts, invoicing, billing moments and the administration that turns a handshake into a settled trade. With over ten years in administrative roles at large national companies, she knows how to organise information and get an answer back fast — which, when a load is on the road, matters more than anything.
